🎯This zip folder contains two documents.
 
📝 One of them is a candidate assessment guide that you can download and adapt in your current organisation for candidates who apply to work for your organisation, internally and externally. This document is usually uploaded on external careers pages or sent to candidates when they are shortlisted for jobs they applied for. 
🧐 Second document is an interview pack that you can use to assess internal and external candidates, especially if you do not have one in place but looking to introduce a more formal way of assessing to ensure hiring managers are assessing candidates consistently.
