This job evaluation toolkit will simply help you get started if you are looking to introduce a structured process as to how you evaluate roles. You must agree a job evaluation methdology first (I recommend Hay - but you must contact them to discuss first as you need to be certified and trained by them to do this). 
 
There are 2 forms included - submission form and job profile form with full guidance on how to complete it.
