✅ This course is for aspiring and current HR Business Partners who want to take their HR skills to another level. I would like to teach you everything I have learnt over the last 10 years in a condensed, to the point, easy to understand approach. Hopefully this will help you become an effective and productive HR Business Partner who is proud of their work and career. ✅ This practical course will give you all you need to develop business credibility and agility, the skills to build effective relationships across your organisation, plus the knowledge and confidence to prove your expertise and how we, as HR professionals, add value to a constantly changing business world. It will focus on following modules [to include relevant templates]: → Module 1 | Introduction to a business/department. Contracting with stakeholders. Assessment of a business/department. → Module 2 | Influencing and challenging stakeholders. Creating, designing and innovating [including how to create business cases, organisational design, people plans] → Module 3 | Commercial Drive. Data analytics. Finances. 🎯 Detail: ✅ This course is offered on a 1:1 basis. There are many courses offered on a pre recorded basis which may make it difficult to engage and ask questions. The art of learning next to someone is becoming more and more difficult. I would like this course to be different and my offer to you unique. Personalised to your individual situation and learning style. ✅ Once booked, I will engage directly with you in any event to discuss dates/times etc and complete it when it suits you and me. I had to add some dates here just to enable me to publish it. We can discuss via email separately in any event. ✅ This course is quite technical. It is based on the real job and real situations that arise in our roles as HRBPs and also business leaders and managers. In my experience, many courses offered by educational institutions are quite academic focused, theory based which often make it difficult to translate into real situations and real matters we end up dealing with in our jobs. ✅ This course is adaptable and flexible where required which we would agree separately once booked. ✅ Up 3h per module. Each delivered separately. So up to 9h in total. You choose when you wish to start by booking a first 3h slot.
